Tennis First may, from time to time, review and update these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the document posted on our website (www.tennisfirst.com.au) for the current version.
Full payment is required in advance if would like to reserve a place in group programmes. Please enclose payment with your enrolment form.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance at group lessons.
A make up or credit may be available if you have a valid medical reason which prevents you/your child from attending lesson with 12 hour + notice.
A "lost lesson" will apply for private lessons unless 12 hours notice is given. Please contact your coach to cancel a lesson.
There will be no lessons on Public Holidays. Make up for private lessons only
Group lessons will go ahead on Saturdays during long weekends (i.e. when there is a Public Holiday on Monday).
Coaches may be available for private lessons on Public Holidays.
Lessons which are scheduled to start before 5pm will be cancelled if the predicted maximum temperature for the day is 37°c or above. This will be based on the Bureau of Meteorology's forecast at 1pm which can be obtained via our website weather notice.
Any classes cancelled will be made up during the term.
On wet days, the decision whether to cancel lessons will be made at the courts immediately prior to the lesson start time. Please check our website homepage - weather info or twitter notice to see if lessons are cancelled or going ahead. Cancellation of one group lesson does not necessarily mean that other lessons will be cancelled that day. If you choose not to attend on doubtful days then you risk missing the class if it takes place.
All group lessons allow for one washout per term.
For private lessons, all washouts will be made up during the term.
Tennis First coaches are not responsible for supervising children outside of lesson time.
Occasionally we may have to make changes to our published schedule, including cancelling a published group lesson, creating an additional group lesson, or changing the day/time of a group lesson. In such cases we endeavour to keep the schedules up-to-date on our website timetables.
If there are insufficient enrolments by the end of Week 2 of a school term for a scheduled group lesson to be viable, we may cancel that group for the term.
Anyone who has already enrolled a child in a scheduled lesson that is subsequently cancelled or changed will be offered alternative time slots or given a full refund.
Full payment is required in advance if would like to receive early bird offer. Please enclose payment with your enrolment form.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance at clinic.
A credit may be available if you have a valid medical reason which prevents you/your child from attending one day or whole 3 days of clinic with a 12 hour + notice.
